What is included in a complimentary session?
Every complimentary session includes a 15-minute guided photo session and one hand-edited 11"x14" portrait — our gift to you. You’ll also have the option to purchase additional prints or digital files but no extra purchases are necessary.
Is it possible to book a session longer than 15 minutes?
Absolutely! When you book online, you have the option to add an additional 15 or 30 minutes. This is perfect if you have extended family joining you, a big group, pets with you, or simply want more coverage time.
Can we bring pets or extended family?
Absolutely! Pets, grandparents, or other special guests are welcome. Let us know when you book so we can plan accordingly.
Where do sessions take place?
All sessions are held outdoors or at a location that fits your style. We also now offer in-client home sessions. *Please note- all OUTDOOR sessions are WEATHER PERMITTING and will be rescheduled due to heavy rain, heavy snow, sleet, dangerous ice, etc.*
Cancellation & Rescheduling Policy
A refundable deposit of $50 is required to secure your booking. Cancellations or reschedule requests must be made at least 72 hours prior to the scheduled appointment. Clients who cancel less than 72 hours before their appointment, or who do not show up for their scheduled appointment, will be charged a $25 cancellation/no-show fee. Deposits may be transferred one time to a new date with proper notice. Refunds are issued only for completed sessions if no additional images or products are purchased.
